Join our Board of Trustees

Can you help lead the strategic direction of a leading national UK charity? Can you help us to work alongside parents of children affected by sexual exploitation and keep children safe?

Parents Against Child Sexual Exploitation (Pace) is currently recruiting three new trustees to our Board. It is an exciting time to join our charity, as we work to embed our relational safeguarding model across the UK to maximise opportunities to keep children safe, tackle child sexual exploitation and ensure parents get the support they deserve.

We are seeking new trustees with expertise in our priority areas of business acumen and legislation in relation to Pace’s work. We are keen to hear from parents or family members who have experienced the sexual exploitation of their child / relative by abusers external to the family. We are also interested in the following skill sets:

• professional expertise in the main areas of Pace’s work Charity law
• finance and accountancy
• monitoring and evaluating performance
• campaigning, lobbying or external relations Human resources and employment
• media and public relations
• research
• change management.

You will be required to attend five full-day meetings per year as part of your role. Reasonable travel expenses will be paid to attend meetings, at your request.
