Office Assistant (Partnerships Team)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our friendly, caring and passionate team.
Your role as the Office Assistant in our Leeds office will be to to assist with general administration and support for our national training programme for the Partnerships Team and Office Manager.
Our dynamic Partnerships Team host an amazing training programme for social workers, police, nhs staff, school staff, foster carers, care home workers to improve their understanding about child exploitation and how to support affected families in a trauma-informed, family-centric approach.
You will need 2 years’ minimum experience of general office administration, competency in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel – as well as good time management, attention to detail, a good telephone manner and good numeracy skills for accounting procedures.
Location – Pace Head Office, Waverley House, Unit 10, Killingbeck Drive, Leeds, LS14 6UF
Hours – 16 hours over 3 days
Salary – £20,092 (Prorated), Local Authority Scale 4 starting at NJC Pt 7, actual pay £8,688
